Vill du utvecklas inom IT-support och arbeta nära både användare och kollegor? Vi söker nu en IT-supporttekniker till en servicedesk i Malmö. Du arbetar med felsökning och användarstöd i ett team där ni hjälps åt och delar med er av det ni kan. Om företaget Mero Rekrytering söker en IT-supporttekniker till en av våra kunder i Malmö. Du kommer att arbeta i kundens servicedesk och stötta verksamhetens användare i deras dagliga IT-miljö. Mer information om kunden får du vid en första kontakt med oss. Om rollen Som IT-supporttekniker arbetar du med användarsupport i en Windows- och Microsoftmiljö. Ärendena varierar och kan handla om inloggning och behörigheter, program som inte fungerar, skrivare som inte går att ansluta eller problem med nätverk och uppkoppling. Du hjälper även användare med frågor kring exempelvis Outlook, Teams och andra delar av Microsoft 365. Du felsöker tillsammans med användaren, tar reda på vad som har hänt och arbetar metodiskt för att hitta en lösning. Vissa ärenden löser du direkt, medan andra kräver att du undersöker problemet vidare eller tar stöd av kollegor. Du blir en del av ett supportteam där ni hjälps åt och där mer komplexa frågor kan eskaleras till andra tekniska funktioner. I arbetet ingår också att prioritera och dokumentera ärenden i ärendehanteringssystemet. Du håller användaren uppdaterad och ser till att genomförd felsökning och relevant information följer med när ett ärende lämnas vidare. Om dig Du har en IT-inriktad utbildning från gymnasiet eller vidare studier och viss erfarenhet av teknisk support, exempelvis genom praktik eller en tidigare roll i servicedesk. Du behöver inte ha arbetat länge, men har fått en förståelse för hur man tar emot, felsöker och följer upp ärenden. Du har grundläggande kunskaper i Windows och Microsoft 365 samt kommunicerar väl på svenska i tal och skrift. Som person är du nyfiken på teknik och tycker om att hjälpa användare. Du är tydlig i din kommunikation, arbetar strukturerat och tar gärna stöd av kollegor när du stöter på något nytt.
