Uppdragsbeskrivning Vår kunds IT support har behov av att ersätta en person som slutar samt utöka supportpersonalen som hanterar incidenter och beställningar. Rollen som support-tekniker innebär primärt att ta emot och lösa incidenter och beställningar. I rollen kan även ingå installation och felsökning av både hård - och mjukvara. I uppdraget ingår följande arbetsuppgifter: Hantera inkommande ärenden i vårt ärendehanteringssystem Säkerställa information och klassning, prioritet etc Lösa incidenter enligt SLA /OLA Uppdaterar kunskapsdatabasen Installation och felsökning av både hård- och mjukvara Agera dispatcher och skicka ärenden till rätt grupp Utskick av beställda programvaror Enklare paketeringar Lägga till/ta bort olika typer ut av behörigheter Administrera användarkonton Dokumentera lösningar/rutiner för kända fel i kunskapsdatabasen Utbildning, dokumentation och kunskapsöverföring Stötta vid interna och externa livesändningar

Obligatoriska krav Du ska ha utbildning inom IT t.ex. NTI-gymnasiet eller KY-utbildning alternativt minst 5 års arbetslivserfarenhet inom IT som supporttekniker/klienttekniker. Du ska ha minst 5 års arbetslivserfarenhet under de senaste 8 åren i rollen som IT-supporttekniker. Du ska ha minst 2 års arbetslivserfarenhet av arbete inom ActiveDirectory. Du ska ha minst 1 års erfarenhet att arbeta i Service Now eller liknande ärendehanteringsverktyg.

Meriterande krav Arbetat minst 2 år med paketering av mjukvaror. Arbetat med Sharepoint. Arbetat med Streaming/ livesändningar.

Om uppdraget & Praktisk information Startdatum: start efter godkänd säkerhetsprövning Slutdatum: 2027-08-30 (möjlig förlängning med 1 år + 1år, längst t.o.m. 2029-06-30.)
