Som It-tekniker kommer du bland annat att: Ansvara för drift och underhåll av kunders IT-miljöer Arbeta med servrar, ADn, nätverk, lagring, virtualisering, backup och molntjänster Hantera administration av Microsoft 365-miljöer Delta i projekt inom on-premises, molnbaserade och hybridlösningar

Du blir en viktig del av i vårt och kunds team och bidrar till att leverera stabila och effektiva IT-lösningar. Dina arbetsuppgifter kan bestå av följande (beroende på uppdrag): Drift och förvaltning: Hantera operativsystem (Linux Server OS, Windows Server) Skripta och automatisera processer (PowerShell, Python) Administrera Microsoft 365-miljöer Förvalta virtualiseringsplattformar (t.ex. VMware) Arbeta med molntjänster (t.ex. Microsoft Azure) Hantera fysiska serverlösningar och lagringssystem

Backup och återställning: Säkerställa backup av system och data Implementera och övervaka backupstrategier

Databashantering: Övervaka och underhålla databaser (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) Hantera lösningar för hög tillgänglighet och katastrofåterställning

Nätverk och säkerhet: Underhålla nätverk och brandväggar, samt felsöka vid behov Hantera VPN-lösningar Implementera säkerhetsåtgärder (antivirus, kryptering, övervakning)

Övrigt: Söka nya lösningar och förbättringar inom IT-infrastruktur Hålla dig uppdaterad om nya trender och tekniker

Meriterande erfarenheter Det är positivt om du har erfarenhet av: Containerization och DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes) CI/CD-integrering med GitLab ITIL v4-certifiering Certifikat inom nätverk, molntjänster, säkerhet eller operativsystem (t.ex. MCSA, Azure, CCNA, CompTIA Security+)

Din bakgrund Vi söker dig som har: Erfarenhet av arbete i 1st & 2nd Line Support Erfarenhet och kunskap av Azure-, server- och nätverks administration. Eftergymnasial utbildning inom IT-infrastruktur eller motsvarande erfarenhet Intresse för att felsöka och optimera IT-system Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt
