Vi letar efter dig som har grundläggande IT-kunskaper, är lösningsorienterad och framför allt har rätt personlighet. Du är en person som tycker om att hjälpa andra, tar ansvar och har lätt för att kommunicera med både kollegor och användare. Om rollen Som It-tekniker kommer du bland annat att arbeta med: Felsökning av våra lösningar Installation och konfiguration av IT-relaterade produkter Support via telefon & mail Besöka våra kunder

Vi söker dig som Har goda och breda grundläggande IT-kunskaper Kunskaper om Microsofts produkter Har erfarenhet av IT-support eller liknande arbete Är serviceinriktad, lösningsorienterad och ansvarstagande Har lätt för att kommunicera och skapa goda relationer Är strukturerad och noggrann Kan arbeta självständigt men trivs även i team Händig, enklare hantverkskunskaper är meriterande Talar och skriver flytande svenska och engelska
