Har du erfarenhet av IT-support och trivs i en roll med mycket kontakt med användare? Vi söker nu en Onsite-tekniker till Malmö med omnejd, där du får arbeta nära verksamheten med support och felsökning och dagligen hjälpa användare med IT-problem på plats. Om företaget Mero söker nu en Onsite-tekniker till ett längre konsultuppdrag i södra Skåne. Du blir en del av den lokala IT-supporten och arbetar nära användarna i deras dagliga verksamhet. Uppdraget inleds som konsult via Mero med ambitionen att du efter sex månader går över i anställning hos vår kund. Mer information om verksamheten ges längre fram i processen. Om rollen Som Onsite-tekniker arbetar du ute i kundens verksamhet och möter användarna i deras dagliga IT-miljö. Den första kontakten hanteras av en central servicedesk och när ett ärende kräver vidare felsökning eller någon på plats tar du vid. Du rör dig mellan olika verksamhetsplatser och hjälper användarna vidare med både enklare support och mer praktiska IT-problem. Arbetet kan bland annat innebära:

Felsökning av datorer, kringutrustning och enklare nätverksproblem

Installation och konfigurering av arbetsstationer, telefoner och surfplattor

Support i Windows- och Microsoft 365-miljö samt ärendehantering i ServiceNow

Installation, flytt och byte av IT-utrustning ute i verksamheten

Om dig Vi söker dig som har en bra grund inom IT och som trivs i en användarnära supportroll. Du kan exempelvis ha en IT-inriktad gymnasieutbildning och erfarenhet från servicedesk, 1st line eller annan IT-support. Du behöver inte ha flera års erfarenhet – viktigare är att du är tekniskt nyfiken, lösningsfokuserad och van vid att själv felsöka och driva ärenden framåt. Vi tror att du genom arbete eller utbildning har kommit i kontakt med flera av följande områden:

Windows och Microsoft 365

Hårdvara och kringutrustning

Grundläggande nätverk

ServiceNow eller andra ärendehanteringssystem

Som person är du serviceinriktad, ansvarstagande och trygg i kontakten med användare. Du gillar att lösa problem, tar initiativ när det behövs och har ett genuint intresse för teknik och hur saker fungerar. För rollen krävs B-körkort samt goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska.
