Har du erfarenhet av IT-support och trivs i en roll med mycket kontakt med användare? Vi söker nu en Onsite-tekniker till Helsingborg, där du får arbeta nära verksamheten med support, felsökning och klienthantering och dagligen hjälpa användare med IT-problem på plats. Om företaget Mero söker nu en Onsite-tekniker till vår kund i Helsingborg. Du blir en del av den lokala IT-supporten och arbetar nära användarna i deras dagliga verksamhet. Uppdraget inleds som konsult via Mero under sex månader, med goda möjligheter till fortsatt anställning hos kunden. Mer information om verksamheten ges längre fram i processen. Om rollen Som Onsite-tekniker arbetar du nära användarna i deras dagliga IT-miljö och hjälper dem vidare när tekniska problem uppstår. Rollen kombinerar praktisk support på plats med användarstöd via Teams och du får arbeta brett med både klienter, konton, behörigheter och annan IT-utrustning. Du driver och dokumenterar dina ärenden självständigt och samarbetar med andra delar av IT-organisationen när det behövs. Arbetet kan bland annat innebära:

Felsökning av datorer, kringutrustning, mjukvara och nätverksproblem

Installation och konfigurering av datorer och annan IT-utrustning

Hantering av användare, grupper och behörigheter i Active Directory och Microsoft Entra ID

Klienthantering och felsökning i Windows 11 och Microsoft Intune

Om dig Vi söker dig som har tidigare erfarenhet av IT-support, onsite eller liknande och som känner dig trygg med att självständigt felsöka och driva ärenden framåt. Vi ser gärna att du har:

Erfarenhet av Windowsmiljöer och klienthantering

Kunskaper inom Active Directory och Microsoft Entra ID

Erfarenhet av Microsoft Intune

Grundläggande förståelse för nätverk, IT-drift och Microsoft Azure

Som person är du serviceinriktad och trygg i kontakten med användare. Du arbetar strukturerat, tar ansvar för dina ärenden och har lätt för att prioritera när flera saker händer samtidigt. Du tycker om att lösa problem praktiskt och trivs i en roll där du är nära verksamheten.
