Om kunden Vår kund är ett etablerat företag inom cirkulär IT som arbetar med att ge begagnad IT-utrustning ett längre liv. På testcentret i Täby hanteras stora mängder mobiltelefoner, datorer, surfplattor och annan digital utrustning. Du blir en del av ett team på cirka 25 engagerade kollegor. Företaget värdesätter samarbete, kvalitet och utveckling och erbjuder en arbetsmiljö där du får möjlighet att lära dig mer om IT och teknik i praktiken. Om rollen Som testare arbetar du med att kontrollera, testa och bedöma olika typer av IT-utrustning. Arbetet är praktiskt och varierande och passar dig som tycker om att förstå hur teknisk utrustning fungerar. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter kommer bland annat att vara att:

Testa och felsöka mobiltelefoner, datorer och surfplattor

Kontrollera att hårdvara och olika funktioner fungerar som de ska

Identifiera och dokumentera eventuella fel och avvikelser

Gradera och bedöma skick och funktion på digitala enheter

Utföra enklare felsökning och problemlösning

Installera, återställa och konfigurera enheter vid behov

Hantera och registrera information i olika system

Säkerställa att utrustningen håller rätt kvalitet innan den går vidare i processen

Har ett genuint intresse för datorer, teknik och IT

Har grundläggande datorvana och känner dig bekväm med att använda olika tekniska system

Har erfarenhet av att felsöka eller lösa enklare tekniska problem

Är noggrann och kvalitetsmedveten

Trivs med att arbeta i ett högt tempo

Är kommunikativ och tycker om att samarbeta med andra

Är ansvarstagande och har en vilja att lära dig nya saker

Kan börja arbeta omgående

Bor inom rimligt pendlingsavstånd till Täby

Detta är även meriterande Att bygga eller uppgradera en egen dator

Att byta eller installera datorkomponenter, exempelvis RAM, SSD eller grafikkort

Enklare felsökning av hårdvara och mjukvara

Installation eller ominstallation av Windows

Att arbeta med mobiltelefoner, surfplattor eller annan konsumentelektronik

IT-support, teknisk service eller liknande

Kunskaper inom hårdvara, operativsystem eller nätverk

Tidigare erfarenhet från lager, produktion, verkstad eller annan verksamhet där noggrannhet och högt tempo varit viktigt
