Just nu söker vi dig som vill bli en del av vårt härliga team och som vill jobba som personlig assistent i Örebro! Vad innebär tjänsten? Vi söker dig som vill arbeta som personlig assistent hos en kvinna i 30-årsåldern Örebro. Här får du finnas vid hennes sida hela dagen och stötta upp och agera när behov uppstår. Kvinnan har epilepsi och behöver hjälp med att ta sin medicin vid vid anfall samt att du som assistent stöttar upp och finns med genom hela hennes vakna tid. Du kommer vara med på allt i hennes vardag, så som promenader, träning, frisörbesök, läkarbesök och vardagliga sysslor så som inköp och tvätt. Vi ser att du som söker är social, lyhörd och kan agera när situationen kräver. Vårderfarenhet eller erfarenhet av epilepsi är meriterande. Du kommer att arbeta som timvikarie vid behov. Arbetstiderna är 7-15.00 och 15-23.00.

Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som är engagerad, respektfull och lyhörd. Vi ser gärna att du har stort tålamod och förmågan att vara personlig samtidigt som du agerar professionellt. Oberoende av din ålder, livssituation och bakgrund kan du vara just den assistent vi söker. Vi ser gärna att du:

har ett genuint intresse av att hjälpa andra.

kan förstå och göra dig förstådd på svenska.

kan arbeta flexibla arbetstider - dag, kväll och helg.

har erfarenhet av att arbeta med epilepsi.

har erfarenhet av vård och omsorg, (det är ett plus, men inget krav).

Övrig information Anställningsform: timvikarieanställning Omfattning: vid behov Tillträde: omgående, enligt överenskommelse Vi tillämpar individuell lönesättning och har kollektivavtal. Intervjuer sker löpande och tjänsten kan komma att tillsättas innan sista ansökningsdag. Stor vikt kommer att läggas vid personlig lämplighet. Inför en eventuell anställning ska du kunna styrka att du har rätt att arbeta i Sverige, genom att uppvisa att du har medborgarskap inom EU/EES alternativt ett giltigt arbetstillstånd.
