Vi söker nu en engagerad jobbcoach/handledare i Växjö inom Rusta och Matcha. Som handledare/jobbcoach kommer du att ha en självständig roll där du leder det dagliga arbetet med att vägleda och matcha deltagare som är inskrivna i tjänsten Rusta och Matcha via Arbetsförmedlingen Dina arbetsuppgifter Utveckla och upprätthålla ett omfattande nätverk av företagskontakter och bygga långsiktiga relationer för att skapa fler möjligheter för våra deltagare. Kartlägga och förstå arbetssökandes profiler och styrkor, särskilt de som står långt från arbetsmarknaden. Planera och genomföra workshops, individuella samtal och företagsbesök för att stödja deltagarna i deras jobbsökande. Vara en coach som motiverar och förser arbetssökande med verktyg och metoder för att nå sina mål. Aktivt arbeta med matchning för att hitta den bästa och snabbaste vägen till jobb eller utbildning. Vi söker dig som: Bor i Växjö (ett krav, eftersom vi vill att du har ett brett lokalt nätverk) Är behörig enligt Arbetsförmedlingens krav: minst 120 högskolepoäng inom relevant område samt två års arbetslivserfarenhet, eller motsvarande kombination av utbildning och erfarenhet. Alternativt: Minst ett års heltidsstudier på eftergymnasial nivå med godkänt resultat samt tre års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet inom områden som rekrytering, bemanning, karriärvägledning, arbetsledning med personalansvar eller omställningsarbete. Har ett genuint intresse för människor och arbetsmarknadsfrågor och är bra på att se potentialen i varje individ. Är resultatinriktad, van att arbeta i högt tempo och har förmågan att prioritera och hantera flera arbetsuppgifter samtidigt. Är relationsskapande och lyhörd, med en förmåga att skapa kontakt och förtroende. Behärskar svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift; kunskaper i arabiska är meriterande.
