Jobbcoach/Handledare på deltid Vi söker nu en engagerad och driven jobbcoach/handledare på deltid, med goda möjligheter till ökad omfattning framöver. Du kommer att arbeta med att stötta och vägleda arbetssökande mot arbete eller utbildning. I rollen som jobbcoach arbetar du nära deltagare med olika bakgrund och erfarenheter. Du hjälper dem att identifiera sina kompetenser, hitta lämpliga arbeten och utbildningar samt skapa kontakter med arbetsgivare. Arbetsuppgifter Arbetsuppgifterna består bland annat av: Individuell coachning och vägledning av arbetssökande

Kartläggning av deltagarnas kompetenser, erfarenheter och mål

Stöd i jobbsökande samt arbete med CV och personligt brev

Intervjuträning och förberedelser inför kontakt med arbetsgivare

Matchning av deltagare mot lediga tjänster

Kontakter med arbetsgivare och uppföljning av rekryteringsmöjligheter

Dokumentation och uppföljning av deltagarnas aktiviteter och utveckling

Vägledning mot arbete och utbildning

Krav – Nystartsjobb För att vara aktuell för tjänsten är det ett krav att du har rätt till nystartsjobb via Arbetsförmedlingen. Utöver detta måste du uppfylla kompetenskraven enligt antingen Alternativ 1 eller Alternativ 2 nedan. Alternativ 1 Utbildning: Du ska ha en högskoleutbildning om lägst 180 högskolepoäng (120 poäng enligt tidigare system). Arbetslivserfarenhet: Du ska ha minst två års arbetslivserfarenhet motsvarande heltid. Arbetslivserfarenhet på deltid kan också räknas om den sammanlagda arbetstiden motsvarar minst två års heltidsarbete. Alternativ 2 Utbildning: Du ska ha minst ett års heltidsstudier på eftergymnasial nivå med minst godkänt resultat. Arbetslivserfarenhet: Du ska dessutom ha minst tre års arbetslivserfarenhet motsvarande heltid inom ett eller flera av följande områden: Arbetsledning med personalansvar

Meriterande Det är särskilt meriterande om du tidigare har arbetat inom rekrytering och bemanning och har erfarenhet av att skapa och utveckla arbetsgivarkontakter. Erfarenhet av arbete som jobbcoach, handledare, rekryterare, karriärcoach eller liknande är också meriterande. Vi söker dig som Är kommunikativ, strukturerad och lösningsorienterad. Du tycker om att arbeta med människor och mot tydliga mål. Du har förmåga att motivera arbetssökande samtidigt som du är aktiv i kontakten med arbetsgivare och kan identifiera vägar till arbete. Anställningsform: Deltid med goda möjligheter till ökad omfattning framöver. Tjänst: Jobbcoach/Handledare Krav: Rätt till nystartsjobb samt uppfyllda kompetenskrav enligt Alternativ 1 eller Alternativ 2.
