Vi tror att du är en erfaren butiksmedarbetare som vill utvecklas vidare inom butik och ta nästa steg som ledare. Du arbetar dagtid i vårt kolonialteam och som jourhavande Butikschef Kväll har du ett övergripande ansvar för hela ICA Maxi Nackas drift under kvällen.

Du trivs med att vara mitt i verksamheten och tycker om kombinationen av människor, ledarskap och operativ butiksdrift. Du leder och stöttar medarbetare, prioriterar resurser och säkerställer att hela butiken håller en hög nivå inom kundservice, försäljning, drift och säkerhet.

Du är trygg i att fatta beslut och förstår samtidigt värdet av att lyssna, samarbeta och få andra att lyckas.

Som ledare arbetar du i linje med vår värdegrund KUBEN och vår ledstjärna, där samarbete, lärande, inkludering och att göra varandra bättre genomsyrar vardagen.

I rollen som jourhavande Butikschef Kväll arbetar du bland annat med att

leda och fördela arbetet under kvällens drift

stötta, coacha och skapa engagemang hos medarbetarna

säkerställa ett starkt kundmöte och hög servicenivå i hela butiken

prioritera resurser utifrån butikens behov

följa upp att avdelningarna håller rätt nivå inför stängning

hantera situationer och fatta beslut när förutsättningarna snabbt förändras

säkerställa rutiner kring stängning, säkerhet och den dagliga driften

lämna över en välfungerande butik redo för nästa dag

Vi söker dig som har bred erfarenhet av att arbeta i matbutik, tar ansvar och vill utvecklas som ledare. Du behöver inte ha haft en chefsroll tidigare, men gärna varit i en ledande position. Vi tror på att utveckla våra ledare internt och ge rätt personer möjlighet att växa.

Tjänsten är på 35 timmar per vecka, tillsvidare med sex månaders provanställning. Arbetstiderna varierar och inkluderar dag, kväll och helg. Tillträde omgående enligt överenskommelse.
