För vår kunds räkning söker vi nu en junior bolagsjurist till ett växande bolag. Rollen passar dig som vill arbeta verksamhetsnära och få möjlighet att utvecklas inom affärsjuridik, bolagsrätt och regulatoriska frågor i en dynamisk organisation. Det här är en bred juridisk roll där du kommer att arbeta nära flera delar av verksamheten och bidra med juridiskt stöd. Dina arbetsuppgifter Som junior bolagsjurist kommer du att arbeta brett med juridiska frågor och stötta verksamheten i det dagliga arbetet. Arbetsuppgifterna innefattar bland annat att ge juridisk rådgivning till olika delar av organisationen samt att granska, upprätta och förhandla avtal. Du kommer även att arbeta med framtagande och uppdatering av interna policys, riktlinjer och andra styrdokument samt hantera bolagsrättsliga och regulatoriska frågor. Rollen innebär också att bidra i arbetet med regelefterlevnad och utveckling av interna processer. Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som har:

Juristexamen

Cirka 1–3 års erfarenhet från advokatbyrå eller arbete i bolag

Intresse för affärsjuridik och regulatoriska frågor

God kommunkationsförmåga

Personliga egenskaper För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du är:
