Nu söker vi fler fönsterputsare till Värmdö inför säsongen 2026. Hos oss blir du en del av ett internationellt team där vi tillsammans levererar professionell service och skapar nöjda kunder varje dag. Om rollen Som fönsterputsare hos Hemfrid ansvarar du för att ge kunderna skinande rena fönster och ett professionellt bemötande. Arbetet sker både självständigt och tillsammans med kollegor vid större uppdrag. Dina arbetsuppgifter: Fönsterputsning hos privata kunder

Putsning av inglasade balkonger och andra glasytor vid behov

Självständigt arbete ute hos kund

Samarbete med kollegor vid större uppdrag

Rekryteringsprocess I vår rekryteringsprocess ingår:

Praktiskt arbetsprov inom fönsterputsning

Kort intervju

Vi söker dig som: Har minst 1 års erfarenhet av fönsterputsning i Sverige eller annat EU-land

Tycker om att arbeta både självständigt och i team

Är noggrann, ansvarstagande och punktlig

Har ett positivt bemötande och gillar kundservice

Talar och förstår grundläggande svenska eller engelska

Kan arbeta flexibla tider måndag–fredag, och ibland helger

Har B-körkort eller EU-körkort

Har tillgång till egen bil

Det är meriterande om du: Har erfarenhet från serviceyrken, flytt eller hemstädning

Har gått utbildning eller kurs inom fönsterputsning

We are now looking for Window Cleaners in Värmdö for the 2026 season. At Hemfrid, you will become part of an international team where we work together to deliver professional service and create satisfied customers every day. About the role As a Window Cleaner at Hemfrid, your responsibility is to provide excellent service and sparkling clean windows for our customers. You will work independently as well as together with colleagues during larger assignments. Your tasks will include: Window cleaning in private homes

Cleaning glazed balconies and other glass surfaces when needed

Independent work at customers’ homes

Teamwork during larger assignments

Recruitment process Our recruitment process includes:

A practical window cleaning test

A short interview

We are looking for someone who: Has at least 1 year of experience in window cleaning in Sweden or another EU country

Enjoys working independently as well as in a team

Is responsible, detail-oriented, and punctual

Has a positive attitude and enjoys customer service

Speaks and understands basic Swedish or English

Can work flexible hours Monday–Friday, and occasionally weekends

Has a Swedish or EU driver’s license

Has access to a car

Meritorious: Previous experience within service, moving, or home cleaning

Window cleaning education or training
