Vi söker en junior kontors- och kundkoordinator till ett växande företag inom solenergi och batterilösningar. Här kombinerar du mötesbokning och kundkontakt med ansvar för kontoret och blir en viktig del av den dagliga verksamheten. Om rollen Du kontaktar både varma och kalla leads för att boka in möten åt företagets seniora säljare. Samtidigt ser du till att kontoret är organiserat, välkomnande och har allt som behövs för att vardagen ska fungera smidigt. Du kommer bland annat att:

Kontakta leads och boka kundmöten

Följa upp tidigare kunddialoger

Förbereda konferensrum och ordna inför möten

Välkomna besökare till kontoret

Göra beställningar och hantera löpande kontorsärenden

Stötta VD med praktiska och administrativa uppgifter

Vem söker vi? Vi tror att du har arbetat inom exempelvis butik, café, hotell, reception eller kundservice och nu vill utvecklas vidare i en kontorsroll. Du är social, serviceinriktad och bekväm med att prata i telefon. Du tar egna initiativ, tycker om att skapa ordning och trivs med en arbetsdag där uppgifterna varierar. Tidigare erfarenhet av försäljning eller mötesbokning är meriterande, men inget krav. Din personlighet, energi och vilja att lära dig är viktigast.
