Här får du möjlighet att arbeta nära produktionen i en tekniskt avancerad verksamhet inom försvarsindustrin, med ansvar för att rätt material finns på rätt plats och i rätt tid. Om uppdraget 📋 Som junior materialplanerare arbetar du med att planera och koordinera materialförsörjningen för komplexa system och produkter. Du följer dina material från behovsinitiering tills de är levererade och redo att användas i produktionen. Du kommer att analysera materialflöden, bedöma behov och tillgänglighet samt säkerställa att produktionen har rätt material i rätt mängd och vid rätt tidpunkt. Rollen innehåller även verksamhetsutveckling där du tillsammans med olika delar av organisationen identifierar förbättringsområden och bidrar till effektivare processer. Vi söker dig som 👤 Du trivs i en omväxlande vardag och har lätt för att anpassa dig när förutsättningarna förändras. Du är analytisk och lösningsorienterad med förmåga att tolka information och fatta välgrundade beslut. Eftersom rollen innebär många interna kontaktytor behöver du vara kommunikativ, lyhörd och samarbetsorienterad. Du har ett nyfiket förhållningssätt och tycker om att bidra till förändring och förbättring. Arbetsuppgifter 🛠️ Planera och koordinera materialförsörjningen till produktionen

Analysera materialflöden, materialbehov och tillgänglighet

Säkerställa att rätt material finns tillgängligt i rätt tid och rätt mängd

Ansvara för material från behovsinitiering till leverans och tillgänglighet i produktionen

Följa upp och hantera frågor kopplade till materialflödet

Samarbeta med olika avdelningar och interna intressenter

Driva och delta i verksamhetsutvecklingsprojekt inom produktionen

Identifiera förbättringsområden och bidra till effektivare processer och arbetssätt

Obligatoriska krav ✅ BSc/kandidatexamen inom produktion, logistik, produktionsplanering eller motsvarande relevant område

Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska

Mycket goda kunskaper i engelska

God analytisk förmåga

God kommunikativ och samarbetsinriktad förmåga

Möjlighet att arbeta heltid på plats i Järfälla

Uppdragsinformation 📍 Plats: Järfälla, Stockholm Omfattning: 100 %, heltid Period: 2 november 2026 – 30 juni 2027 Arbetssätt: På plats i kundens lokaler Sista ansökningsdag: 16 oktober 2026 Förlängning: Möjlighet till förlängning finns Befattningen omfattas av krav på säkerhetsskydd.
