Om tjänsten I rollen som junior redovisningsekonom kommer du att tillhöra en viktig funktion på ett stort och etablerat företag. Verksamheten hanterar stora finansiella flöden, och enbart på leverantörsreskontran passerar ett flöde på cirka 3 miljarder. Tjänsten är inledningsvis ett uppdrag för att stärka upp teamet under hösten och det kommande årsbokslutet, samt fungera som täckning för en föräldraledighet. Ekonomiavdelningen kommer att kliva in i en spännande fas då en ny AI-lösning ska implementeras i systemet, vilket du kommer att få vara en del av. Du kommer arbeta operativt med hela processen från att fakturorna inkommer till att de är korrekt hanterade i systemen. Arbetsuppgifter Rollen innebär ett operativt ansvar för företagets leverantörsreskontra och redovisningsuppgifter. Arbeta aktivt i loggen och säkerställa att alla leverantörsfakturor inkommer i rätt tid. Driva på och säkerställa att fakturor attesteras av rätt personer i verksamheten. Konto- och kostnadsföring samt löpande arbete med leverantörsreskontran. Delta i arbetet kring månads- och årsbokslut. Vara en operativ deltagare när företaget implementerar en ny AI-lösning för fakturahantering.

Vi söker dig som har Erfarenhet av leverantörsreskontra och löpande redovisning God systemvana och lätt för att sätta dig in i nya digitala verktyg Goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift Tidigare erfarenhet av att arbeta i Rillion och/eller Visma Erfarenhet av att ha hanterat stora faktura- och transaktionsvolymer

För att lyckas i rollen har du följande personliga egenskaper: Självgående och drivande: Du tar egna initiativ, kommer snabbt in i arbetet och följer aktivt upp attesteringar. Strukturerad och noggrann: Du arbetar metodiskt och hanterar stora finansiella flöden med hög precision. Förändringsbenägen: Du är nyfiken på nya digitala verktyg och trivs i en miljö under utveckling.
