Vill du starta din karriär inom internationell försäljning och logistik? CEF Logistics AB i Kalmar söker en junior säljare som vill utvecklas tillsammans med oss. Tjänsten passar särskilt bra för dig som nyligen har avslutat gymnasiet eller befinner dig i början av ditt arbetsliv och vill få möjlighet att lära dig ett yrke från grunden. Du behöver inte ha tidigare erfarenhet av logistik, transport eller B2B-försäljning. För oss är din motivation, personlighet, kommunikationsförmåga och vilja att lära dig viktigare än tidigare arbetslivserfarenhet. Vi utbildar dig från grunden. Under de första sex månaderna får du en strukturerad introduktion och praktisk utbildning inom internationell logistik och försäljning. Du kommer bland annat att få lära dig grunderna inom flygfrakt, sjöfrakt, vägtransport, internationell handel, kundkontakt och B2B-försäljning. Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer successivt att vara att: söka och identifiera potentiella företagskunder kontakta svenska företag via telefon, e-post och LinkedIn boka och delta i kundmöten lära dig förstå kundernas transport- och logistikbehov presentera CEF Logistics tjänster följa upp kundförfrågningar och offerter bygga och utveckla långsiktiga kundrelationer successivt bygga upp en egen kundportfölj

Vi söker dig som: nyligen har avslutat gymnasiet eller befinner dig i början av ditt arbetsliv har goda kunskaper i svenska har goda kunskaper i engelska tycker om att kommunicera och skapa nya kontakter vågar ta initiativ och kontakta nya människor och företag är positiv, nyfiken och vill lära dig är strukturerad och ansvarstagande är intresserad av försäljning, företagande och internationella affärer

Tidigare erfarenhet inom logistik eller försäljning är inte ett krav. Vi erbjuder en strukturerad sex månaders introduktions- och utbildningsperiod praktisk utbildning inom internationell logistik utbildning och coachning inom B2B-försäljning nära samarbete med företagets ledning fast lön samt möjlighet till prestationsbaserad bonus möjlighet att successivt utveckla en egen kundportfölj möjlighet att växa tillsammans med ett internationellt logistikföretag
