Beskrivning Vill du ta dina första steg i en karriär inom IT Service Management i en större internationell miljö? Nu finns chansen att kliva in i en junior roll där du får arbeta nära IT-processer, leverantörer och serviceägare i en verksamhet med högt tempo och tydliga strukturer. Du blir en del av ett Service Integration Office där fokus ligger på att säkerställa stabil och kvalitativ leverans av IT-tjänster från flera interna och externa leverantörer. Rollen ger dig en bred inblick i IT-drift och service management i en global organisation där samarbete, struktur och kommunikation är centralt. Arbetsuppgifter Som Junior Service Integrator kommer du att stötta det dagliga arbetet inom IT Service Management och Change Management, där du bidrar till att koordinera och följa upp aktiviteter mellan olika leverantörer och interna team. Du hjälper till att säkerställa att IT-tjänster levereras enligt fastställda processer och kvalitetsnivåer samt deltar i arbetet med att underhålla dokumentation, rutiner och styrande material. Du kommer även att vara delaktig i serviceuppföljning, KPI-rapportering och olika förbättringsinitiativ, samtidigt som du deltar i operativa möten, service reviews och uppföljningar där du får god förståelse för hur IT-leverans styrs och utvecklas i praktiken. KvalifikationerSkallkrav: IT-utbildning eller motsvarande praktisk erfarenhet

Intresse för IT Service Management, IT-drift eller IT-koordinering

God förståelse för ITIL (incident, change, problem, service management)

God kommunikativ förmåga i engelska, både i tal och skrift

Strukturerat och noggrant arbetssätt

Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och ta ansvar för egna uppgifter

Vilja att lära och utvecklas inom IT-miljö

Meriterande kvalifikationer: Erfarenhet av ServiceNow eller liknande ITSM-verktyg

Praktisk erfarenhet från IT-drift, support eller leverantörssamverkan

Eftergymnasial utbildning inom IT eller liknande område
