Vill du kombinera juridik med kundkontakt i en internationell miljö? Nu söker vi en engagerad och affärsdriven jurist som vill bli en viktig del av vårt team i Torrevieja. Svensk Fastighetsförmedling hjälper vi våra kunder att förverkliga sina bostadsdrömmar i Spanien. Som inhouse jurist blir du en nyckelperson genom hela bostadsaffären och säkerställer att våra kunder får trygg, professionell och personlig juridisk rådgivning. Om rollen Som inhouse jurist arbetar du nära våra mäklare och kunder genom hela köpprocessen. Du ansvarar för juridiska frågor kopplade till köp och försäljning av bostäder i Spanien och fungerar som en trygg rådgivare för våra kunder. Arbetsuppgifter

Juridisk rådgivning till köpare och säljare vid bostadsaffärer.

Upprättande och granskning av köpekontrakt, reservationsavtal och övriga juridiska dokument.

Genomföra juridiska kontroller av fastigheter, ägandeförhållanden och belastningar.

Hantera och följa upp kundärenden kopplade till fastighetsköp.

Kontakt med notarier, myndigheter, banker och andra externa aktörer.

Stödja mäklare och kollegor i juridiska frågor.

Informera kunder om skatter, avgifter och juridiska processer vid köp av bostad i Spanien.

Säkerställa att verksamheten följer gällande lagstiftning och interna rutiner.

Vi söker dig som

Har juristexamen eller motsvarande juridisk utbildning.

Har god kunskap om spansk fastighetsrätt och fastighetstransaktioner.

Talar och skriver flytande svenska, engelska och spanska.

Har god kommunikativ förmåga och trivs i en rådgivande roll.

Är noggrann, strukturerad och lösningsorienterad.

Har förmåga att arbeta självständigt samtidigt som du uppskattar teamwork.

Erfarenhet av arbete med internationella kunder är meriterande.
