Om rollen Som Köksansvarig hos oss har du en nyckelroll i den dagliga driften. Du ansvarar för en välfungerande drift och leder det dagliga arbetet i köket samt säkerställer löpande att råvarorna är av högsta kvalitet och tillagas med omtanke och efter konceptets riktlinjer. Men rollen slutar inte där – du är också restaurangchefens högra hand och är en viktig del för både teamet och verksamhetens utveckling. Kvalifikationer För att lyckas i rollen som Köksansvarig är du en naturlig ledare som älskar restaurangens dynamik och utmaningar. Du är strukturerad, noggrann, lojal, förtroendeingivande och handlingskraftig - men samtidigt ödmjuk och prestigelös. Ditt lösningsorienterade sinne och positiva förhållningssätt får vilken utmaning som helst att uppfattas som en enkel match!
