Köksmästare sökes till TUM's restauranger Vi söker nu en driven och erfaren köksmästare som vill bli en viktig del av vårt team på TUM's restauranger med verksamhet primärt i norra dalarna. Hos oss får du en central roll i att utveckla vår matupplevelse, leda vårt köksteam och vara med och skapa minnesvärda upplevelser för våra gäster året runt. Om tjänsten Som köksmästare hos oss har du ett övergripande ansvar för kökets dagliga drift, planering och utveckling. Du ansvarar bland annat för menyplanering, inköp, kvalitetssäkring, schemaläggning och personalledning. Du arbetar aktivt med rekrytering och utveckling av medarbetare och säkerställer en trygg, trivsam och välfungerande arbetsmiljö. Tjänsten innebär även ett nära samarbete mellan mat och dryck, där du tillsammans med övriga ansvariga utvecklar helheten kring våra gästers upplevelse. Du kommer att arbeta med och ansvara för bland annat catering, event och olika typer av restauranguppdrag. Rollen kan även innebära ansvar och planering över flera restauranger och verksamheter. Livsmedelssäkerhet är en självklar del av arbetet och du ansvarar för att HACCP och våra rutiner kring livsmedelshygien följs och utvecklas. Tillträde enligt överenskommelse. Vem är du? Du är en trygg och engagerad ledare som brinner för mat, människor och utveckling. Du trivs med att ta ansvar, fatta beslut och skapa struktur även när tempot är högt. Du har minst 6 års yrkeserfarenhet inom kök och restaurang. Tidigare erfarenhet som köksmästare eller souschef är meriterande. Du har god erfarenhet av personalledning, schemaläggning, rekrytering, inköp och menyplanering. Du är van att arbeta strukturerat med kvalitet, ekonomi och livsmedelssäkerhet och har goda kunskaper inom HACCP. Erfarenhet av att ansvara för flera restauranger, catering och event är meriterande. Som person är du prestigelös, lösningsorienterad och tydlig i ditt ledarskap. Du tycker om att utveckla både människor och verksamhet och har lätt för att samarbeta med andra. Du kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska i tal och skrift. Du har körkort med behörighet B eller högre.
