Om tjänsten Som Karriärcoach på Eyes4work blir du en viktig del av vårt uppdrag att stötta människor på vägen mot arbete eller vidare studier. Arbetet är till stor del självständigt och du ansvarar för att planera, strukturera och driva ditt arbete framåt. Du ansvarar även för kontorets öppettider och ser till att verksamheten fungerar smidigt. Du trivs med att ta eget ansvar och har förmågan att skapa trygghet och engagemang hos deltagarna. Samtidigt är du en del av ett engagerat team som finns på flera orter. Tillsammans samarbetar ni, delar erfarenheter och stöttar varandra för att utveckla verksamheten. Rollen kräver därför en flexibel inställning och en förmåga att trivas i en vardag som kan variera, där du vid behov kan rycka in och ge stöd även på andra kontor. En viktig del av ditt uppdrag är att bygga relationer med företag och samarbetspartners för att skapa möjligheter till arbete för deltagarna. Du trivs med att ta kontakt, bygga nätverk och hitta nya vägar till anställnng. God lokal kännedom om arbetsmarknaden i ditt område är en viktig förutsättning för att lyckas i rollen. Din profil Vi söker dig som är självgående, driven, engagerad och har ett genuint intresse för att hjälpa andra människor att utvecklas. Du är en naturlig relationsskapare och trivs i mötet med både deltagare och arbetsgivare. Du är kommunikativ, lyhörd och har förmåga att anpassa dig efter olika individer och situationer. Med ett proaktivt och initiativrikt arbetssätt tar du ansvar för att hitta nya vägar framåt, till exempel genom att delta i mässor, nätverksträffar och andra aktiviteter som skapar nya möjligheter. Du arbetar strukturerat och noggrant, med förståelse för vikten av planering, dokumentation och uppföljning för att hålla på kvaliteten i arbetet. Det är meriterande, men inte ett krav om du har erfarenhet av:

Coachande eller matchande arbete

Arbete inom Rusta och matcha eller andra arbetsmarknadsinsatser

Kunskaper i andra språk, såsom arabiska, somaliska eller tigrinja

Krav För att vara behörig för tjänsten behöver du uppfylla något av följande alternativ: Alternativ 1 Högskoleutbildning om lägst 180 högskolepoäng (120 poäng enligt tidigare system). Minst två års arbetslivserfarenhet motsvarande heltid. Även deltid kan godkännas om den sammanräknade arbetstiden motsvarar heltid under två år. Alternativ 2 Minst ett års heltidsstudier på eftergymnasial nivå med godkänt resultat. Minst tre års arbetslivserfarenhet motsvarande heltid inom något av följande områden:

Arbetsledning med personalansvar

Rekrytering

Omställningsarbete för arbetssökande

Studie- och yrkesvägledning

Handläggning i personalfrågor (ej enbart personaladministration)

Arbete med arbetslivs- och arbetsmarknadsfrågor

Arbete med social- och gruppsykologi

Karriärvägledning

Övriga krav

B-körkort samt tillgång till bil

Obehindrade kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift
