KICKS söker en sprudlande/energisk och affärsmässig butikschef som helt enkelt älskar att jobba i butik! Med målet att varje KICKS butik skall vara den ultimata skönhetsdestinationen söker vi butikschefen med stort intresse för affären och som stimuleras av att se sina medarbetare lyckas nå uppsatta mål och utvecklas i sitt arbete. Ditt fokus som butikschef är att vara en coachande ledare för att utveckla dina medarbetare samt att driva din butik affärsmannamässigt. Du har ansvaret för att alla kunder som besöker butiken blir behandlade med Top Class Service och att varje besökare får en lustfylld köpupplevelse. Som butikschef ansvarar du för bland annat löne- och utvecklingssamtal, teammöten, mål- och resultatdiskussioner. Du har fullt ansvar för butiksdriften, att kampanjer och aktiviteter genomförs enligt marknadsplan samt att gällande resultatmål, nyckeltal och budget uppnås. Helg och kvällsarbete ingår i tjänsten.
