Treano söker nu en KIP (Kalkyl, Inköp & Projektering) till deras verksamhet i Hässleholm. Ansök redan idag! Med cirka 200 medarbetare och en årlig omsättning på omkring en miljard kronor fortsätter vi att expandera – och nu söker vi dig som vill vara med och utveckla våra projekt i nordöstra Skåne. Som KIP hos Treano får du en central roll i projekten och arbetar nära både affärsområdeschef och projektledning. Du blir en viktig del i att säkerställa kvalitet, struktur och god ekonomi genom hela projektprocessen. Dina arbetsuppgifter innefattar: Kalkylering av byggprojekt Ansvara för inköp och upprätta inköpsplaner Projektering och samordning i projektens tidiga skeden Samarbete med projektledning och affärsområdeschef Säkerställa att arbetet följer företagets riktlinjer inom kvalitet, miljö och arbetsmiljö

Vi söker dig som har: Minst 3 års erfarenhet inom kalkyl, inköp eller projektering inom bygg Eftergymnasial utbildning inom bygg (YH, högskola eller motsvarande) God kunskap om branschens avtal och regelverk, exempelvis AB04 och ABT06 God samarbetsförmåga och ansvarskänsla
