Kock till bistro i centrala Stockholm För vår kund Swings räkning rekryterar vi nu ett matlagarproffs för en fast anställning på heltid.

Restaurangen som är belägen ett stenkast från Odenplan har på ett lekfullt och inbjudande sätt skapat en mötesplats för par på dejt, aw-häng, drop-in-gästen som vill ta en öl och lite snacks i baren och företagsgrupper som under lättsamma former vill umgås och äta gott i en härlig miljö. Förutom vällagad mat och utvald dryck erbjuder lokalerna galet rolig minigolf för sina besökare. Matsalarna och barerna som är fördelade över tre våningar är vackert inredda i Art Deco stil och andas amerikanskt 30-tal. Under de varma månaderna skiftar fokus till att handla om företagets tre sommarkrogar (Kristineberg, Nacka Strand & Aspudden) som även de kretsar kring mat & dryck i kombination med minigolf.

Vi ser att du som söker tjänsten ska ha tidigare erfarenhet ifrån arbete på en casual dining restaurang, kvällstid, med allt vad det innebär gällande arbetstider, kompetens och förmåga till samarbete. Som kock på Swing blir du en viktig del av ett team där alla hjälper alla och där ingen är rädd för att hugga i lite extra när det behövs. För dig med ambitioner finns dessutom möjlighet att lyftas upp till en Sous chef position efter att ha tjänstgjort som kock under en tid. Att du har ett brinnande och äkta intresse för mat, dryck och gästupplevelser utöver det vanliga ser vi som en självklarhet- så det tänker vi inte gå in djupare på. Företaget är väletablerat och välmående och söker efter någon som har som plan att stanna över tid och som vill vara delaktig inte bara i driften utan även i ställets fortsatta utveckling.
