Elite Stadshotellet Västerås är ett förstklassigt hotell med 137 rum, 8 festvånings- och konferenslokaler samt Sveriges första Bishops Arms. Vi söker nu dig, en matälskare med passion för hög kvalitet och omtanke för gästen och dina kollegor. Vi söker en erfaren och ambitiös kock som kommer att få stor möjlighet att vara delaktig och påverka utformning av menyer och hur köket ska utvecklas. Det är en varierande arbetsplats då verksamheten inkluderar allt från våra konferensfikor och luncher, till Bishops Arms och festvåningens kvällsverksamhet. Våra gäster kommer i huvudsak från Sverige men vi har även många internationella gäster. Många av kollegorna på hotellet är dessutom från andra länder vilket gör arbetsplatsen väldigt spännande.

Stor vikt läggs på personkemi, yrkesstolthet och att du har ett öga för detaljer. Du är engagerad, kreativ och vill vara med i vår utvecklingsresa. En positiv attityd där service och kvalitet är en självklarhet för dig är något vi värdesätter.

Du har flera års erfarenhet av yrket samt intresse för hotell & restaurangbranschen och känner dig redo att ge våra gäster "det lilla extra". Du talar och skriver god svenska och engelska och självklart är du utbildad kock. Du rapporterar till hotellets köksmästare. Praktikaliteter:

Arbetstider: Utefter verksamhetens behov

Omfattning: 100%, tillämpar 6 månaders provanställning

Start: Omgående

Lön: Enligt överenskommelse, följer HRF:s avtal
