Om tjänsten Vi söker nu dig som har erfarenhet av köksarbete och vill bli en del av vårt team på O’Learys Hemavan under vintersäsongen. Som kock hos oss arbetar du med den dagliga driften i köket och ansvarar för att förbereda, tillaga och leverera mat med jämn och hög kvalitet. Du arbetar efter våra recept och rutiner och behöver kunna hålla struktur och kvalitet även när tempot är högt. Vårt köksteam är relativt litet och vi arbetar tätt tillsammans. Därför söker vi dig som trivs med att arbeta tillsammans med andra och förstår vikten av att hjälpa teamet runt omkring dig. Arbetet är främst förlagt till kvällar och helger, men under vissa perioder förekommer även lunchservering. Om dig Vi söker dig som har tidigare erfarenhet av köksarbete och trivs med att arbeta tillsammans med andra. Du är strukturerad, ansvarstagande och kan hålla ett bra arbetstempo utan att tumma på kvaliteten. Du ser vad som behöver göras, hjälper dina kollegor när det behövs och bidrar till ett bra samarbete i köket. För oss handlar rollen om mer än att vara en duktig kock. Du är en lagspelare som ser helheten och förstår att det vi gör i slutändan handlar om att skapa en riktigt bra upplevelse för gästen. I arbetsuppgifterna ingår att: Förbereda och tillaga maträtter enligt våra menyer och recept

Säkerställa jämn kvalitet på maten som lämnar köket

Följa O’Learys rutiner, riktlinjer och koncept

Ta emot och kvalitetssäkra leveranser till köket

Följa rutiner för hygien och livsmedelssäkerhet

Hålla kök, utrustning och arbetsytor rena och organiserade

Arbeta strukturerat och effektivt även under perioder med högt tempo

Samarbeta med övriga köket och restaurangen för ett bra arbetsflöde

Bidra till en positiv arbetsmiljö och ett starkt team

Vi söker dig som: Har tidigare erfarenhet av köksarbete

Är noggrann, strukturerad och ansvarstagande

Trivs med att arbeta i team

Trivs med periodvis högt tempo

Tar initiativ och ser vad som behöver göras
