Vill du vara med och skriva historia när vi återöppnar legendariska Brunnsgårdens restaurang med ett helt nytt och modernt kök? Vi på Sätra Brunn storsatsar inför årets julbord och söker nu passionerade kockar till både varmkök och kallskänk som vill sprida matglädje i vår unika kurortsmiljö. Vi erbjuder en intensiv och rolig säsonganställning med start i november där det finns mycket goda möjligheter till fortsatt anställning när vi drar igång storsatsningen fullt ut nästa år. Vi har fullständiga rättigheter och plats för 150 gäster. Dina arbetsuppgifter Varmkök och/eller kallskänk: Ansvara för tillagning av julbordets klassiker Kvalitet: Säkerställa högsta standard på smak, råvaror och presentation. KRAV-märkt restaurang Egenkontroll: Följa gällande rutiner för hygien och livsmedelssäkerhet Samarbete: Bidra till en positiv, kreativ och effektiv stämning

Vem är du? Erfarenhet: Utbildad kock med tidigare erfarenhet från varm och/eller kallskänk Bakgrund: Erfarenhet av julbord, bufféer eller större sällskap Egenskaper: Stresstålig, strukturerad och en samm lagspelare som gillar nytänkande Språk: Goda kunskaper i svenska

Det praktiska Omfattning: Visstidsanställning på heltid med start i november Arbetstid: Varierande arbetstider inklusive helger och kvällar Plats: Sätra Brunn Kurort. Körkort: Behövs på grund av Sätra Brunns läge
