The posting

Sökande till tjänsten ska ha utbildning och erfarenhet. Körkort och tillgång till egen bil krävs för att kunna ta sig till arbetsplatsen! Boendet ligger ca 25 minuter söder om Växjö. Vi söker dig som har pedagogisk utbildning och eller vård och omsorgsutbildning så som Undersköterska eller omsorgsassistent/pedagog, erfarenhet och kunskap inom arbetet med bland annat lågaffektivt bemötande och tydliggörande pedagogik. Du behöver också ha kunskap om TAKK, AKK då vi jobbar mycket med struktur, schema och bildstöd, bland annat widgit. För oss är det viktigt att barnen har det bra och får rätt stöd och omsorg. Som person ska du vara lugn, trygg, stabil och snäll mot barnen som bor hos oss. Det är viktigt att du är empatisk, relationsskapande och har en god samarbetsförmåga.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER I arbetet ingår allt ifrån stöttning vid HSL-insatser/medicinhantering, måltider, aktiviteter, bus och lek. Omsorg, hjälp med samtlig hygien är en del av det dagliga arbetet. På vårt barnboende bor 5 fantastiska barn som behöver mycket omvårdnad, trygghet och en meningsfull utvecklande vardag.

ARBETSTIDER Dag, kväll och helg - oregelbunden arbetstid, var tredje helg. Omfattning: 80-100% Fast tjänst. Skicka ditt CV och personliga brev till oss på mail.
