Kommerskollegium är Sveriges myndighet för utrikeshandel, EU:s inre marknad och handelspolitik och arbetar bland annat med EU:s frihandelsavtal, svenska företags möjligheter att importera och exportera samt handelsrelaterat utvecklingssamarbete. På Kommerskollegium befinner du dig i en internationell miljö där de stora handelspolitiska frågorna blandas med konkret problemlösning för enskilda företag och individer. Vår vision är en hållbar handel utan hinder. Hos oss arbetar cirka 100 medarbetare och vårt aktivitetsbaserade kontor är beläget centralt i Stockholm.

Kommerskollegium är en växande myndighet med flera nya arbetsuppgifter. Kommerskollegium är bland annat, sedan sommaren 2025, en beredskapsmyndighet med sektorsansvar för den nya sektornutrikeshandel inom det svenska civila försvaret.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER Som vikarierande utredare på enheten Handel och bistånd är du ett stöd till enhetens projektledare i myndighetens utbildningsprogram och importfrämjande insatser.

Arbetet omfattar att samordna importfrämjande insatser, ta fram digitalt utbildningsmaterial och att medverka på mässor. Arbetet omfattar också administration som bokningar och fakturahantering. I rollen ingår att samarbeta både med kollegor internt och med externa aktörer, exempelvis konsulter, andra myndigheter och biståndsaktörer.

Andra arbetsuppgifter kan förekomma utifrån verksamhetens behov.

Handel för ökat välstånd och minskad fattigdom Enheten för handel och bistånd leder myndighetens arbete med handelsrelaterat internationellt utvecklingssamarbete. Vårt internationella utvecklingssamarbete utgår från Agenda 2030 och syftar till att länder ska gå från bistånd till handel. Vår verksamhet bidrar till att skapa goda förutsättningar för låg- och medelinkomstländer att delta i internationell handel, närma sig EU:s inre marknad och bidra till hållbar utveckling. Vi arbetar med kapacitetsutveckling i projektform, i bilaterala samarbeten eller i utbildningsprogram. Vår importfrämjande verksamhet Open Trade Gate Sweden är en del av myndighetens internationella utvecklingssamarbete.

KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som har en relevant akademisk examen med inriktning mot internationella och europeiska frågor.

Du har erfarenhet av att genomföra handelsrelaterat internationellt utvecklingssamarbete på svensk myndighet. Du har också erfarenhet av att arbeta med digitala utbildningar och e-lärandeplattformar. Rollen kräver att du har god förståelse för vilka behov av information företag i låg- och medelinkomstländer har när det gäller export till Sverige. Erfarenhet av arbete med export- eller importfrämjande är meriterande.

Du har lätt för att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift, både på svenska och engelska. Som person är du drivande, strukturerad, serviceinriktad och lösningsorienterad.

Löneform: Månadslön. Anställningsform: Tidsbegränsad anställning. Varaktighet:, tillträde: Enligt överenskommelse. Vikariat under minst 8 månader. Arbetstid: Dagtid.
