Vi söker både juniora, erfarna och seniora profiler inom intern och extern kommunikation, projektkommunikation och löpande kommunikationsstöd. Om möjligheterna Uppdragen kan finnas inom offentlig verksamhet, kommunala bolag och andra större organisationer. Du kan arbeta brett som generalist eller ha en tydligare inriktning mot exempelvis internkommunikation, projektkommunikation, förändringskommunikation, press, digitala kanaler eller innehåll. Uppdragen varierar i längd, omfattning och inriktning – vilket ger dig stor flexibilitet och möjlighet att utvecklas och påverkar inom olika verksamheter. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter Planera och genomföra kommunikationsinsatser Ta fram texter, nyheter, webb- och kanalpublicering Stödja chefer, projekt och verksamheter i kommunikationsfrågor Målgruppsanpassa budskap och innehåll Arbeta med intern och extern kommunikation Planera innehåll och aktiviteter i olika kanaler Följa upp kommunikationsinsatser och utveckla arbetssätt

Vi söker dig som Har utbildning inom kommunikation, journalistik, media, marknadsföring eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet Har erfarenhet av professionellt kommunikationsarbete på en nivå som motsvarar din senioritet Skriver mycket god svenska och kan anpassa tonalitet efter målgrupp och kanal Är självgående, strukturerad och bra på att samarbeta med olika verksamheter Är öppen för konsultuppdrag med varierande längd och omfattning

Meriterande Erfarenhet från kommun, region, statlig verksamhet eller kommunalt bolag Projektkommunikation eller förändringskommunikation Internkommunikation och chefsstöd Press- och mediekontakter Digital kommunikation, webb, sociala medier eller analys Erfarenhet av tillgänglig och klarspråksanpassad kommunikation

Arbetsplats och upplägg Uppdragen kan vara på plats, hybrida eller i vissa fall huvudsakligen på distans. Vi är särskilt intresserade av kandidater som kan arbeta i Gävleborg när uppdraget kräver fysisk närvaro. Omfattningen varierar från deltid till heltid beroende på uppdrag.
