Om tjänsten Vi söker en kommunikatör på deltid till Forskningsprogrammen Fairtrans och FinBio på Stockholm Resilience Center/Stockholms Universitet i Stockholm. Uppdraget passar dig som trivs i en bred kommunikationsroll där du får kombinera strategiskt arbete med operativt genomförande. I rollen ansvarar du för både extern och intern kommunikation, inklusive sociala medier, webb, nyhetsbrev, presskontakter, seminarier och produktion av kommunikationsmaterial. Du kommer även att stötta verksamheten med administrativa uppgifter såsom koordinering av möten och event, dokumentation, reseplanering samt budgetrelaterade uppgifter. Tjänsten omfattar följande arbetsuppgifter: • Planera och genomföra extern kommunikation i relevanta kanaler, såsom media, sociala medier, webb, rapporter och evenemang. • Omvärldsbevakning samt bidra till uppföljning och utvärdering. • Framtagande av rapporter, inklusive formgivning. • Hantera administrativa uppgifter kopplade till programmen, exempelvis mötesanteckningar, budgetuppföljning och rapportering. • Bidra till programmens utveckling genom att vid behov ta dig an andra arbetsuppgifter och insatser utifrån verksamhetens behov. • Bidra till en trygg, inkluderande och hälsosam arbetsmiljö samt verka i linje med organisationens värderingar och uppförandekod. • På uppdrag av Stockholm Resilience Centres kommunikationschef utföra andra kommunikationsrelaterade arbetsuppgifter när verksamheten kräver det.

Uppdragsperiod och omfattning: Tjänsten som kommunikatör är ett konsultuppdrag på 75% av heltid med start omgående fram till 31 december 2026. Det finns möjlighet till distansarbete cirka 1 dag i veckan efter överenskommelse med chef.

Krav för tjänsten: • Högskoleutbildning exempelvis inom media och kommunikation eller likvärdig utbildning och minst tre (3) års arbetslivserfarenhet från liknande arbete. Alternativt, gymnasium eller likvärdig utbildning samt fem (5) års arbetslivserfarenhet som kommunikatör • Kunskap om digital kommunikation och sociala medier • Kunskap om varumärkesbyggande • Goda kunskaper i MS Office eller likvärdigt goda kunskaper i redigeringsverktyg (exempelvis Indesign, Photoshop m.fl.) samt webbpubliceringsverktyg (exempelvis Episerver, Sitevision m.fl.) • Kunna kommunicera obehindrat på svenska och engelska, såväl i tal som i skrift • Kunskap om klarspråk.

För att vi ska ha möjlighet att ta dig vidare i processen behöver du tydligt redogjort i ditt CV att samtliga ovan krav är uppfyllda. Ange vilket/vilka uppdrag som påvisar efterfrågad erfarenhet. Tidsperiod ska anges i år och månad ÅÅ-MM.

Meriterande: • Erfarenhet av forskningskommunikation • Erfarenhet av opinionsbildning, såsom produktion och placering av debattartiklar i nationell media, samt erfarenhet av kontakt med journalister. • Erfarenhet av forskningssamverkan med civilsamhälle, myndigheter, företag och beslutsfattare • God kunskap om policyprocesser i Sverige och EU kopplat till klimat, samt arbetserfarenhet av att kommunicera kring policyfrågor
