Det här blir din roll Som interimschef för ett av våra konsultteam får du helhetsansvar för att leda och utveckla verksamheten. Rollen kombinerar affärsansvar, ledarskap och kundnära arbete – och du blir en central kraft i att säkerställa att affärsenheten når sina mål och fortsätter växa. Du blir en del av en rutinerad chefsgruppering på sju chefer. En viktig del av uppdraget är att driva försäljning och kundrelationer, samtidigt som du säkerställer rätt kompetens och kapacitet genom rekrytering, kompetensförsörjning och beläggningsoptimering. Så här kommer du att briljera Erfarenhet av att leda, utveckla och engagera medarbetare i egenskap av chef

Minst 8 års dokumenterad erfarenhet inom Life Science (gärna inom Pharma & Biotech), med inslag av försäljning, leverans, projektledning och personalansvar. Chefserfarenhet från konsultbranschen är starkt meriterande

Starkt kund- och affärsfokus med dokumenterad förmåga att identifiera affärsmöjligheter, utveckla kundrelationer och driva resultat

Erfarenhet av förhandling, resursplanering, rekrytering och ekonomisk uppföljning

Förmåga att prioritera och balansera flera ansvarsområden i en föränderlig miljö

Ett coachande, kommunikativt ledarskap som skapar tydlighet, engagemang och samarbete

Självständighet, initiativförmåga och lösningsfokus som skapar värde för kund och verksamhet

Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska
