Vill du kombinera rekrytering, relationsbyggande och nätverkande med en central roll i fastighetsbranschen? Estatement Group växer och söker nu en konsultchef som vill vara med och utveckla vår konsultaffär inom fastighet. Vi söker dig som trivs i en affärsdriven roll där du får bygga relationer med kunder och konsulter, förstå behov och matcha dessa med rätt profil. Du behöver inte vara den mest traditionella konsultchefen – vi ser framför allt att du är relationsskapande och nyfiken på fastighetsbranschen. Om rollen Hos Estatement får du en varierad och affärsnära roll med stort eget ansvar. Du blir en del av ett engagerat team där vi arbetar tillsammans, delar nätverk och erfarenheter och där det finns stora möjligheter att påverka. Som konsultchef får du vara med och utveckla och driva konsultaffären inom vårat interimsområde. Du arbetar nära våra kunder och konsulter och är en viktig del av vårt fortsatta tillväxtarbete. En stor del av rollen handlar om att identifiera affärsmöjligheter, skapa nya kontakter och bygga nätverk för. Du kommer bland annat att:

Arbeta med kravprofil, offert, kandidatdialog och presentation av konsulter

Bygga och utveckla ett relevant nätverk inom fastighetsbranschen

Ansvara för uppföljning och utveckling av pågående uppdrag och nätverk

Ha löpande kontakt med våra kunder och följa upp uppdrag och kundnöjdhet

Bidra till att utveckla våra arbetssätt, erbjudanden och affärer inom interim

Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som framför allt drivs av affären och relationen. Du är van vid att ta kontakt med människor, bygga förtroende och identifiera möjligheter där andra kanske inte ser dem. Vi tror att du:

Har erfarenhet av försäljning, konsultverksamhet, bemanning, rekrytering eller liknande relations- och affärsdriven verksamhet

Trivs med att arbeta mot mål och att självständigt driva dina affärer framåt

Är trygg i dina dialoger och har lätt för att skapa förtroende

Är affärsmässig och ser möjligheter snarare än begränsningar

Är strukturerad och tycker om att ha flera parallella dialoger och processer igång

Har ett genuint intresse för fastighetsbranschen

Är kommunikativ, prestigelös och trivs i en entreprenöriell miljö

Erfarenhet av fastighetsbranschen är meriterande, men det viktigaste är att du har rätt affärsdriv och förmåga att bygga relationer. Om Estatement Group Estatement Group är en specialiserad konsultpartner inom fastighetsbranschen. Vi erbjuder tjänster inom interim, rekrytering, management och verksamhetsutveckling. Vi har ett stort nätverk av kompetenta personer inom fastighetsbranschen och arbetar nära våra kunder för att förstå deras behov och hitta rätt kompetens och lösning. Vi driver även Real Estate Community – ett nätverk för personer verksamma inom fastighetsbranschen – vilket ger oss en stark närvaro och ett brett kontaktnät i branschen.
