Konsultchef – Sjuksköterskor och läkare Plats: Stockholm / Hybrid Om Ideal Bemanning Ideal Bemanning är ett växande bemanningsföretag specialiserat på sjuksköterskor och läkare. Vi hjälper vårdgivare över hela Sverige att säkerställa rätt kompetens på rätt plats samtidigt som vi skapar attraktiva uppdrag och utvecklingsmöjligheter för vårdpersonal. Vi befinner oss i en spännande tillväxtfas och söker nu en konsultchef som vill vara med och utveckla verksamheten tillsammans med oss. Om rollen Som konsultchef har du en central roll i verksamheten där du ansvarar för rekrytering, konsultvård, kundrelationer och affärsutveckling. Du arbetar nära både konsulter och kunder för att säkerställa hög kvalitet, god trivsel och långsiktiga samarbeten. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: Rekrytera och matcha sjuksköterskor och läkare till uppdrag Ansvara för onboarding och löpande uppföljning av konsulter Bygga långsiktiga relationer med konsulter och kunder Säkerställa hög kvalitet i leveransen Identifiera nya affärsmöjligheter hos befintliga och nya kunder Delta i kundmöten och bidra till verksamhetens tillväxt Arbeta med bemanning, planering och koordinering Bidra till utveckling av processer, rutiner och arbetssätt

Vi tror att du: Har erfarenhet av bemanning, rekrytering, försäljning eller konsultverksamhet Är strukturerad, ansvarstagande och lösningsorienterad Har lätt för att skapa förtroende hos både kunder och konsulter Trivs i en roll med många kontaktytor och varierande arbetsuppgifter Är affärsmässig och ser möjligheter till utveckling och tillväxt Har god kommunikativ förmåga i tal och skrift

Meriterande Erfarenhet från vårdbemanning Erfarenhet från hälso- och sjukvården Erfarenhet av försäljning eller kundansvar Erfarenhet av personalansvar eller ledarskap
