Vi söker nu 1 konsult för ett längre deltidsuppdrag på 50% till Royal Design. I rollen blir du en viktig del av kundupplevelsen och arbetar för att ge professionell, lösningsorienterad och förstklassig service via telefon, mejl och chatt. Uppdraget startar 2 november (ev tidigare) och slutar 31 januari men det finns goda chanser till förlängning. Dina ansvarsområden Som kundtjänstmedarbetare ansvarar du för att ge snabb och professionell service till företagets kunder. Du arbetar dagligen med att skapa positiva kundupplevelser och säkerställa hög kundnöjdhet. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter innefattar att:

Besvara kundärenden via telefon, mejl och chatt

Hjälpa kunder med beställningar, leveransfrågor, returer och reklamationer

Hantera och registrera reklamationer enligt företagets rutiner

Arbeta aktivt med merförsäljning när möjlighet finns

Hantera företagsbeställningar och skapa långsiktiga kundrelationer

Bidra till förbättring av kundserviceprocesser genom att uppmärksamma återkommande kundbehov

Samarbeta med andra avdelningar såsom lager, inköp, ekonomi och IT

Delta i interna utbildningar och möten

Säkerställa att företagets riktlinjer och policys följs

För att trivas i rollen är du serviceinriktad, kommunikativ och lösningsorienterad. Du har ett professionellt bemötande och trivs med att hantera kundärenden där du får analysera situationer och hitta rätt lösning. Du är noggrann, ansvarstagande och har en god administrativ förmåga. Du arbetar strukturerat även när tempot är högt och har lätt för att prioritera mellan olika arbetsuppgifter. Samtidigt är du en lagspelare som uppskattar samarbete och ser värdet av att hjälpa både kunder och kollegor. Har du tidigare erfarenhet av reklamationshantering, kundservice alternativt lager är det meriterande, men vi lägger stor vikt vid din personlighet och ditt engagemang. Detta är ett konsultuppdrag där du blir anställd av Insitepart och arbetar hos Royal Design. Start sker enligt överenskommelse.
