Om Lysio Research Vi på Lysio Research arbetar med undersökningar och utredningar som leder till samhällsutveckling. Bland våra kunder finns de flesta kommuner i landet och flera regioner och myndigheter. De undersökningar vi genomför är varierande, ofta komplexa och framförallt viktiga. Många beslut fattas av kommuner, myndigheter, företagsledningar och andra aktörer baserat på resultatet i mätningar som vi genomfört. Vi är ett växande företag som vunnit flera Gasellpriser. För nuvarande är vi 30 anställda (+ flertal intervjuare). Självklart erbjuder vi friskvårdsbidrag och tjänstepension för våra anställda. Hos oss får du arbeta i en roll där du kan växa och utvecklas. Om tjänsten Vi söker nu en ansvarig koordinator för rekrytering och bemanning av våra intervjuare. Våra intervjuare är ryggraden i många av de undersökningar vi genomför, och i den här rollen ser du till att vi har rätt personer, i rätt antal, på rätt plats och vid rätt tidpunkt. Det gäller både fältintervjuare som genomför intervjuer på plats runt om i landet och telefonintervjuare. Du äger hela kedjan från att hitta nya intervjuare till att de är på plats och redo att arbeta. I rollen ingår bland annat att: Planera rekryteringsbehovet och annonsera efter nya intervjuare Genomföra intervjuer och referenstagning Ta emot, introducera och utbilda intervjuare Bemanna uppdrag utifrån behov, tidsramar och geografi Vara intervjuarnas närmaste kontaktperson i frågor om undersökningen, scheman, arbetstider och villkor Utveckla våra rutiner för rekrytering, introduktion och schemaläggning

Du samarbetar nära våra projektledare, som ansvarar för kunduppdragen. I arbetet som koordinator ingår även arbetsuppgifter som kundkontakt, utformning och planering av projekt samt att du tar fram enkäter och rapporter. För att trivas i rollen är det viktigt att du tycker om att arbeta med människor och har lätt för att skapa goda relationer. Du är lösningsorienterad och håller huvudet kallt när någon blir sjuk eller planerna ändras med kort varsel. Du har god överblick och gillar att få många pusselbitar att falla på plats. Du kommer även, precis som alla andra anställda i företaget, att vara delaktig i att på olika sätt utveckla företaget och våra arbetssätt. Du har god uppbackning i duktiga kollegor och väl utvecklade arbetssätt och rutiner. OBS: Vi arbetar löpande med rekryteringsarbetet och kan komma att tillsätta tjänsten innan ansökningstiden gått ut. Sök därför så snart som möjligt.
