Junior Business Analyst / Kravanalytiker Vi söker en Business Analyst / kravanalytiker som vill arbeta nära både verksamhet, Product Owner och utvecklingsteam i en agil miljö. Du blir en del av Digital Services, där en ny lösning byggs upp för att hantera finansiella flöden inom logistik samt sortiment och inköp. Rollen passar dig som har några års erfarenhet av kravarbete och vill ta stort eget ansvar i ett utvecklingsteam. Om uppdraget Som Business Analyst kommer du att stötta Product Owner och utvecklingsteamet i det löpande krav- och backloggarbetet. Du hjälper till att skapa struktur, tydlighet och samsyn mellan verksamhet och teknik och bidrar till att korta vägen från idé till utveckling. Du kommer bland annat att:

Fånga in och analysera verksamhetsbehov

Dokumentera och bryta ner krav till epics, features och user stories

Stötta Product Owner i backloggprioritering och refinement

Säkerställa att krav är tydliga, förankrade och redo för utveckling

Genomföra workshops och bidra i processkartläggning

Samarbeta nära verksamhet, Product Owner och utvecklare

Presentera och förklara krav och lösningar för både tekniska och icke-tekniska intressenter

Bidra med kunskap och inspiration kring hur AI kan användas i utvecklingsarbetet

Vi söker dig som har Minst 3 års erfarenhet som Business Analyst, kravanalytiker eller motsvarande

Erfarenhet av agila arbetssätt, exempelvis Scrum eller Kanban

Erfarenhet av att arbeta nära verksamhet, Product Owner och utvecklingsteam

Erfarenhet av kravhantering, workshops och processkartläggning

Erfarenhet av Jira eller motsvarande verktyg

God kommunikativ förmåga och vana att presentera krav och lösningar på ett tydligt sätt

Erfarenhet av att använda AI i utvecklingsarbete och intresse av att inspirera andra till nya arbetssätt
