Startdatum: 10-11-2026 Slutdatum: 09-11-2028, med Option på förlängning Omfattning: 100% Plats: Hybrid, 3-4 dagar på plats i Stockholm Uppdragsbeskrivning Vi söker en erfaren kravanalytiker till en större organisation med komplexa verksamhets- och IT-miljöer. Rollen innebär att driva och strukturera kravarbete genom olika typer av initiativ, från tidiga analyser och förstudier till genomförande och införande. Du blir en central länk mellan verksamhet, förvaltning, projekt och utveckling och ansvarar för att omvandla verksamhetsbehov till tydliga, spårbara och verifierbara krav. Arbetet omfattar bland annat att analysera behov, strukturera kravbilden och säkerställa att kraven håller en nivå som möjliggör uppföljning och verifiering. Rollen innebär arbete i miljöer med flera samverkande system, omfattande integrationer och många intressenter. Kravhanteringen bedrivs enligt etablerade processer och med stöd av moderna verktyg för dokumentation, samarbete och ärendehantering. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter: Samla in, analysera och strukturera behov och krav från olika verksamhetsområden.

Bryta ner övergripande behov till tydliga, konkreta och testbara krav.

Planera och leda workshops samt kravdialoger med verksamhet och tekniska team.

Dokumentera, förankra och kommunicera krav genom hela initiativets livscykel.

Säkerställa spårbarhet och uppföljning av krav samt verifiering av kravuppfyllnad.

Samverka med projektledning, produktägare, förvaltning och utveckling i komplexa systemlandskap.

Skall-krav Minst 5 års erfarenhet av strukturerat kravarbete, inklusive kravinsamling, analys, nedbrytning och strukturering.

Minst 5 års erfarenhet av kravanalys i större och verksamhetskritiska IT-miljöer med komplexa integrationer och många intressenter.

Minst 5 års erfarenhet av att dokumentera, förankra och kommunicera krav mellan verksamhet, förvaltning och utveckling.

Minst 5 års erfarenhet av att självständigt driva kravarbete samt leda workshops och kravdialoger.

Minst 3 års erfarenhet från offentlig verksamhet.

Minst 3 års erfarenhet av arbete enligt PM3 eller motsvarande förvaltningsmodell.

Meriterande Erfarenhet av etablerade kravhanteringsmetoder från minst två uppdrag eller relevant certifiering inom kravhantering.

Erfarenhet från minst två uppdrag i större organisationer med fler än 500 medarbetare och många verksamhetsintressenter.

Erfarenhet av nyttoanalyser

Erfarenhet av acceptanskriterier eller acceptansscenarier.

Minst 3 års erfarenhet av arbete i både agila utvecklingsteam och projektorganisationer.
