The posting

Vi söker en erfaren kravanalytiker till ett längre konsultuppdrag i Stockholm. Du kommer att ingå i ett utvecklingsteam som arbetar med en grafdatabasbaserad analysplattform där mängden data och antalet intressenter successivt ökar. I rollen ansvarar du för att fånga, analysera, strukturera och dokumentera verksamhetens behov samt omsätta dessa till konkreta utvecklingsuppgifter. Arbetet omfattar bland annat behov kopplade till data, analysverktyg och användarnas arbetssätt. Arbetsuppgifter

Du kommer bland annat att: Genomföra behovsfångst genom intervjuer och workshops. Analysera och dokumentera verksamhets- och systemkrav. Dokumentera och hålla en aktuell översikt över plattformens datamängder. Skapa epics, user stories/uppgifter och acceptanskriterier med spårbarhet i Jira. Stödja teamets agila arbete genom bland annat backlog refinement och sprintplanering. Samarbeta nära verksamhet, utvecklare och andra relevanta intressenter.

SKA-krav

För uppdraget behöver du: Ha minst 4 års dokumenterad erfarenhet som kravanalytiker, verksamhetsanalytiker eller motsvarande inom systemutveckling. Under de senaste 5 åren ha minst 6 månaders erfarenhet från uppdrag med agilt kravarbete enligt Scrum eller Kanban. Ha erfarenhet av att dokumentera epics, user stories och acceptanskriterier i Jira eller motsvarande verktyg. Ha erfarenhet från minst ett uppdrag där du planerat och genomfört behovsfångst genom workshops eller strukturerade intervjuer, med dokumenterad metod och resultat. Kunna genomföra intervjuer och workshops samt ta fram kravdokumentation på svenska. Kommunicera mycket väl på svenska i både tal och skrift.

Meriterande

Det är särskilt meriterande om du har erfarenhet av: Kravställning för datamängder och dataflöden. Kravarbete inom kontroll, felaktiga utbetalningar eller brottsbekämpning. Grafdatabaser och grafbaserad analys. Kravarbete inom svensk offentlig sektor där personuppgifter behandlas. Att facilitera agila ceremonier.
