Kravanalytiker – IT-upphandlingar Vi söker en erfaren kravanalytiker på nivå 3 till ett längre konsultuppdrag hos Kriminalvården i Norrköping. Du får en central och koordinerande roll i IT-upphandlingar och ansvarar för att leda och strukturera kravarbetet från behovsanalys till färdigt upphandlingsunderlag. Uppdraget genomförs på heltid i hybridform, med placering i Norrköping. Om uppdraget Som kravanalytiker arbetar du nära upphandlingsexperter, verksamhetsexperter och olika IT-specialister. Du leder kravarbetet och säkerställer att verksamhetsmässiga, juridiska, arkitekturella, säkerhetsrelaterade och tekniska behov omsätts till tydliga och strukturerade krav. Upphandlingarna kan bland annat beröra områden som ekonomi, inköp, HR och fastighet och bedrivs vanligtvis i projekt eller uppdrag som pågår under flera månader. Arbetsuppgifter Driva och leda kravarbetet inför IT-upphandlingar.

Identifiera primära och sekundära målgrupper samt analysera deras behov.

Samla in, analysera, strukturera och dokumentera verksamhets- och IT-relaterade krav.

Identifiera verksamhetsregler samt juridiska, arkitekturella, säkerhetsrelaterade och icke-funktionella krav.

Ta fram och dokumentera krav till upphandlingsunderlag.

Samverka med verksamhet, upphandling och olika IT-specialister.

Delta vid utvärdering av inkomna anbud.

Vi söker dig som Har minst 4 års erfarenhet av att genomföra eller medverka i upphandlingar av IT-relaterade produkter och tjänster, exempelvis inom ekonomi, inköp, HR eller fastighetsverksamhet.

Har minst 2 års erfarenhet av projektledning eller motsvarande samordnande roll.

Har minst 2 års erfarenhet av att självständigt samla in, analysera, strukturera och dokumentera verksamhets- eller IT-relaterade krav.

Har hög kompetens inom kravanalys och kan arbeta självständigt.

Är van att ta ansvar för ett delområde och vid behov leda en mindre grupp.

Har en senioritet motsvarande kompetensnivå 3, normalt cirka 4–8 års erfarenhet inom aktuell roll.

Meriterande Det är meriterande om du:

Har minst 2 års erfarenhet av att planera, genomföra och leda workshops inom kravanalys, verksamhetsanalys eller motsvarande IT-relaterat utvecklingsarbete.

Har certifiering inom kravhantering eller Requirements Engineering, alternativt motsvarande dokumenterad utbildning.

Har erfarenhet av offentlig upphandling och dokumenterad kunskap om LOU.

Har minst 2 års erfarenhet av verksamhetsanalys, exempelvis analys av verksamhetsprocesser, behov, mål, problemområden och förbättringsbehov.
