Nu söker vi en Kund-och personalansvarig till vårt team på Östermalm. Om rollen Som Kund-och personalansvarig har du det övergripande ansvaret för ett antal assistansuppdrag. Du leder och utvecklar assistansgrupper, bygger starka kundrelationer och säkerställer att assistansen håller hög kvalitet enligt LSS och gällande lagstiftning. Du har en central roll i verksamheten och arbetar nära kunder, anhöriga, företrädare, assistenter, myndigheter och andra samarbetspartners. Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden Personal-, budget- och arbetsmiljöansvar Stöd och utveckling av assistansgrupper Kvalitetssäkring enligt LSS och gällande lagstiftning Genomförandeplaner Nära kontakt med kunder, anhöriga och företrädare Kommunikation med Försäkringskassan, kommuner och andra myndigheter

Vi söker dig som Har erfarenhet av ledarskap och personalansvar Har kunskap om personlig assistans, LSS och arbetsrätt Är trygg, lösningsorienterad och relationsskapande Trivs med eget ansvar och varierande arbetsuppgifter

Erfarenhet från personlig assistans och arbete i en liknande roll är meriterande.
