Kundansvarig inom personlig assistans – med entreprenöriellt driv Vi befinner oss i en utvecklingsfas och söker nu en erfaren kundansvarig som vill vara med och bygga vidare på vår verksamhet inom personlig assistans. Vi söker dig som redan idag arbetar inom personlig assistans och som har god förståelse för både kundens behov och de krav som ställs på en professionell assistansanordnare. Du har sannolikt arbetat som kundansvarig, verksamhetschef, uppdragschef eller i en liknande roll och är van vid att självständigt ansvara för kundrelationer, personal, bemanning och den löpande kvaliteten i assistansen. För oss är relationer centrala. Därför söker vi särskilt dig som under dina år i branschen har byggt upp ett starkt professionellt nätverk och ett gott förtroende bland kunder, anhöriga, medarbetare och andra aktörer inom personlig assistans. Du trivs med att utveckla befintliga kundrelationer, men har också ett naturligt affärsdriv och förmåga att skapa nya relationer och bidra till verksamhetens fortsatta tillväxt. Vi tror att du har flera års erfarenhet från personlig assistans har erfarenhet av eget kundansvar har ett etablerat nätverk inom branschen är trygg i kontakten med kunder, anhöriga och assistenter förstår vikten av kvalitet, kontinuitet och långsiktiga relationer har ett entreprenöriellt och affärsmässigt arbetssätt vill få stort mandat och möjlighet att påverka hur verksamheten utvecklas.

Rollen Som kundansvarig får du ett självständigt ansvar för dina kunduppdrag och arbetar nära både kunder och assistentgrupper. Samtidigt blir du en viktig del av företagets fortsatta utveckling.
