Kundansvarig inom personlig assistans – Sundsvall Vill du arbeta nära människor och samtidigt vara med och utveckla en verksamhet? GK Assistans söker en erfaren kundansvarig i Sundsvall som vill skapa långsiktiga relationer och bidra till vår fortsatta tillväxt. Om rollen Som kundansvarig ansvarar du för att assistansen fungerar i vardagen och utgår från varje kunds behov och önskemål. Du har nära kontakt med kunder, anhöriga och personliga assistenter och är en viktig länk mellan dem och företaget. Dina arbetsuppgifter omfattar bland annat att: Ansvara för kundrelationer och följa upp kvaliteten i assistansen. Rekrytera, introducera och stötta personliga assistenter. Planera bemanning och arbeta med schemaläggning. Hantera löpande personalfrågor och administration kring uppdragen. Skapa nya kontakter och bidra till att utveckla verksamheten i Sundsvall med omnejd.

Rollen passar dig som trivs med ett självständigt ansvar, kan prioritera och tar initiativ när något behöver lösas. Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av personlig assistans, gärna som kundansvarig, uppdragschef, verksamhetschef eller i en liknande roll. Du är trygg i kontakten med både kunder och medarbetare och förstår det ansvar som följer med att samordna personlig assistans. Vi ser gärna att du: Har erfarenhet av kundansvar, personalledning och bemanning. Har god kunskap om LSS och de krav som ställs på en assistansanordnare. Är strukturerad, lyhörd och bra på att bygga förtroende. Har ett affärsmässigt driv och tycker om att skapa nya relationer. Har ett etablerat professionellt nätverk inom personlig assistans, gärna i Sundsvall med omnejd.
