Ekehus är ett bostadsutvecklingsbolag med fokus på kvalitativa radhus där funktion, estetik, hållbarhet och kundfokus står i centrum. Vi utvecklar bostäder från idé till verklighet och söker nu en driven kundkoordinator som vill vara med och skapa en trygg och genomtänkt kundresa genom hela våra bostadsprojekt. Om rollen I rollen som kundkoordinator får du en varierad och relationsskapande vardag där du: Ansvarar för kundkontakten från intresseanmälan och försäljning till inflyttning. Håller tillvalsmöten, guidar kunder i deras val och driver processen mot projektens deadlines. Arbetar med inredningskoncept, sortiment och leverantörer för att skapa genomtänkta och attraktiva tillval. Samordnar kundinformation, tillvalsavtal och beslut och säkerställer att rätt underlag når produktion och inköp. Medverkar vid säljstarter, visningar och överlämning av bostäder och följer upp kundnöjdheten.

Du blir en viktig del av kundupplevelsen och en länk mellan kunden, mäklaren och Ekehus interna projektorganisation. Tjänsten kan vara placerad på Ekehus kontor i Stockholm eller Kinna. Eftersom våra bostadsprojekt finns på olika geografiska platser förekommer resor i tjänsten. Vem är du? Du har relevant utbildning eller erfarenhet inom exempelvis kundservice, försäljning, inredning, fastighet eller projektledning. Framför allt är du en person som tycker om människor, tar ansvar och trivs i en roll där många delar behöver hållas ihop. Vi ser gärna att du har: ✓ Mycket god förmåga att kommunicera och skapa förtroende i kontakt med kunder. ✓ Förmåga att strukturera och driva flera parallella processer mot tydliga deadlines. ✓ Intresse för bostäder, inredning och kundupplevelse. ✓ Ett öga för detaljer och förmåga att omsätta kundens behov till konkreta lösningar. ✓ Driv, ansvarskänsla och ett prestigelöst sätt att samarbeta med kunder, mäklare, leverantörer och projektorganisationen.
