Arbetsuppgifter Som Kundmottagare kommer du planera, leda och fördela det dagliga arbetet för verkstaden, samt följa upp att utfört arbete håller tidsramar och kvalitet - från bokning av arbete, förberedelser och mottagning av kund och fordon. I rollen ingår att optimera verkstadens drift och produktivitet. Arbetsuppgifterna innefattar att ta emot verkstadens kunder både via kundbesök och telefon och upprättar kostnadsförslag för beställda reparationer och servicearbeten. Vidare ser vi att du:

Bidrar till en kreativ och positiv arbetsmiljö som präglas av ömsesidig respekt, samarbete och hjälpsamhet.

Följer upp att effektivitet, lönsamhet och kvalitet uppnås i alla led – från den första kundkontakten till den slutliga leveransen.

Förklarar rekommenderade åtgärder på ett tydligt och förtroendeingivande sätt samt presenterar olika lösningsalternativ utifrån kundens behov.

Nyckelkompetenser/förmågor:

Gymnasieutbildning

Ett par års erfarenhet inom serviceinriktade arbetsuppgifter, där du visat prov på god social förmåga och leverans gentemot kund

God dator- och telefonvana

B-körkort manuell

God känsla för service och har inställningen att hitta de bästa lösningarna för dina kunder

Mål- och resultatinriktad och har ett högt driv
