Dina arbetsuppgifter

Som kundmottagare blir du en nyckelperson i verkstadens verksamhet och har en central roll i att skapa en positiv och effektiv upplevelse för företagets kunder. -Ta emot kunder på plats och via telefon/mail. -Ge information om tjänster, kostnader och tidsramar för reparationer och service. -Boka in och koordinera verkstads besök och reparationer. -Säkerställa att alla uppdrag och arbetsorder hanteras korrekt och att kunderna är informerade under hela processen. -Arbeta nära verkstadens tekniker för att följa upp arbetsflödet och säkerställa att arbeten utförs i tid och enligt överenskommelse. Ge professionell och vänlig kundservice i alla lägen.

Din bakgrund/Dina egenskaper

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av kundservice inom bilverkstad. Du är lösnings orienterad och trivs med att arbeta i ett högt tempo. Har körkort (B). Du har erfarenhet av verkstadssystem, CABAS och CAB Plan och/eller administration inom fordonsbranschen. Vi söker dig som har teknisk bakgrund eller intresse för bilar/fordon. Det är mycket meriterande om du är utbildad eller har erfarenhet som fordons mekaniker.

Information och kontakt

Tjänsten som kundmottagare är på heltid, arbetstiden är förlagd dagtid kl. 7 - 16 och är inledningsvis en hyrrekrytering via Wikan Personal. För rätt person förväntas tjänsten därefter övergå i en tillsvidareanställning hos kunden.
