Vi söker kundmottagare och arbetsledare till däcksäsongen i Stockholm!Om tjänsten Vi söker nu en kundmottagare och arbetsledare till en ledande aktör inom fordonsbranschen i Stockholm inför den kommande däcksäsongen. I rollen kombinerar du ett serviceinriktat kundbemötande med arbetsledning och planering av det dagliga arbetet. Som kundmottagare är du en viktig länk mellan kunden och verkstaden. Du tar emot kunder på plats och via telefon, hanterar bokningar, svarar på frågor och säkerställer att kunden får en professionell och positiv upplevelse. Du kommer även att arbeta i olika digitala system, vilket ställer krav på god datavana. Som arbetsledare ansvarar du samtidigt för att planera och fördela det dagliga arbetet, stötta kollegor och se till att arbetet flyter på effektivt. Under däcksäsongen är tempot högt, vilket gör att du behöver vara strukturerad, lösningsorienterad och trygg i att ta ansvar. Det är en heltidstjänst under däcksäsongen och arbetstiderna är inom kontorstid. Krav Tidigare erfarenhet av kundservice och daglig kundkontakt

Tidigare erfarenhet av arbete med däck, exempelvis däckskifte eller arbete i däckverkstad

Erfarenhet av eller vana vid att ta ansvar och leda det dagliga arbetet

B-körkort

God dator- och systemvana

God kommunikativ förmåga i svenska, både i tal och skrift

Som person Är du serviceinriktad och tycker om att skapa goda kundupplevelser

Är du strukturerad, ansvarstagande och lösningsorienterad

Har du lätt för att kommunicera och samarbeta med både kunder och kollegor

Är du trygg i att ta initiativ och fatta beslut

Trivs du i en arbetsledande roll och motiveras av att få saker att fungera effektivt

Är du flexibel, stresstålig och van vid ett högt arbetstempo
