Vi är ett företag i stark utveckling och har de senaste åren vuxit kraftigt med nya filialer i Växjö, Jönköping och Frillesås. I Bockara har vi dessutom byggt en av Sveriges mest moderna och kompletta eftermarknadsanläggningar för personbilar, transportbilar och husbilar. Nu söker vi en kundmottagare som vill bli en viktig del av vårt team. kanske är det du? Om rollen Som kundmottagare hos Maskincentrum i Bockara blir du en del av vårt serviceteam och arbetar tillsammans med dina kollegor i det dagliga mötet med våra kunder på eftermarknaden. Kundmottagningen är navet i verksamheten och du är ofta kundens första kontakt både på plats och via telefon. Tillsammans i teamet ansvarar ni för att skapa en smidig, professionell och positiv kundupplevelse, samtidigt som ni fungerar som länken mellan kund, verkstad och administration. Rollen är varierande, tempofylld och passar dig som trivs med samarbete, ansvar och många kontaktytor. Dina arbetsuppgifter är varierande och innefattar bland annat: Ta emot och hjälpa kunder i kundmottagningen Hantera inkommande samtal och bokningar Skapa och administrera arbetsordrar till våra tekniker Intern och extern fakturering Planera och koordinera verkstadsarbetet på ett effektivt sätt Bidra till förbättringar som stärker effektivitet, service och lönsamhet

Du arbetar i ett högt tempo och har många kontaktytor, vilket gör rollen både utmanande och utvecklande. Vem är du? Vi söker dig som är öppen, glad och serviceinriktad, och som trivs i en fartfylld miljö. Du är strukturerad, flexibel och prestigelös, och tycker om att ha många bollar i luften samtidigt. alltid med kunden i fokus. Vi ser gärna att du har: Ett strukturerat och affärsmässigt arbetssätt God kommunikativ förmåga och ett gott bemötande Förmåga att ta ansvar och driva arbetet framåt Datavana (erfarenhet av Winassist och Cabas är meriterande) Yrkeserfarenhet från liknande roll är ett stort plus Goda kunskaper i engelska och svenska B-körkort (krav)
