Är du en serviceinriktad och kommunikativ person som brinner för bilar och kundrelationer? Vi söker en kundmottagare till vår kund i Bromma. Utforska en roll där du får möjlighet att påverka kundupplevelsen och arbeta med ett starkt varumärke i fordonsbranschen! Som kundmottagare kommer dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter att inkludera:

Välkomna och assistera kunder vid besök på anläggningen

Koordinera och följa upp service- och reparationsärenden tillsammans med vårt teknikteam

Erbjuda rådgivning och support kring eftermarknadsprodukter och serviceavtal

Bidra till att stärka kundrelationer och förbättra kundnöjdheten

Hålla en hög nivå av kundservice och arbeta för att överträffa kundernas förväntningar

Vi söker dig som har följande kvalifikationer och egenskaper:

Gärna tidigare erfarenhet av fordonsbranschen

God förståelse för grundläggande bilteknik

Bra kommunikationsfärdigheter med en lösningsorienterad inställning

Förmåga att arbeta strukturerat och hantera flera uppgifter samtidigt

Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska

B-körkort

Vi uppskattar om du har erfarenhet eller kunskaper inom:

Kundservice och relationsbyggande.

Tidigare arbete med system som Cabas och/eller Kobra.

Arbetsvillkor Tjänsten är en heltidsanställning enligt kollektivavtal med tillträde omgående. Arbetstider varierar mellan 07:00-16:00 och 08:00-17:00.
